An Audience Of Over 40K Views On-Board the Trainer.
Twice a day I am on the train with people I do not know. Very defined time box of 30 minutes, completely sealed from the rest of my life by the gates of two trains stations. My challenge is to think of an idea, take a picture, write the headline and text, design the cover and publish an interesting post… while I am on the train.
You know me, everything must be branded, so “THE DAILY TRAINER†Is born.
This week The-Daily-Trainer has passed the 150 post barrier and reached over 40K views, These numbers are organic, and they are amazing. The idea that other people can relate and find value in my daily train ride experience is magical. The other thing which is even more amazing is that there are so many insights at the train station, just waiting for someone to pick them up. Basically, it is the same two train stations every day, yet every ride is new and exciting.
The first goal of The-Daily-Trainer was fighting the routine and boredom of my train rides. This mission is very successful.
My new challenge is to make you guys more active and +Follow The-Daily-Trainer Linkedin page. If I can get to 50 +Followers by the end of this year, it will be a sign that the Trainer is on the right track, sort of speak.
For me, The-Daily-Trainer is a fun ride, I appreciate your reading and engagement.

Look at us standing on the Start-Line of a new racing day. Each is facing his / her own race. Most of us are not competing against each other, some are even on the same team. Still, it is a race, and this is the daily start line.
At work, standing on the start line of a new project or challenge, How do you distinguish between competitors to teammates to others only sharing your start line but participating in a different race altogether?

No need to call Mulder and Scully. This time, the Flying Saucer is only a reflection of the projector's tower, however many other unexpected things are happening, and they are true.
At work, as in relationships, to some degree, it is essential to Expect the unexpected. How do you factor the unexpected into your plans? Are you expecting it to be 10% or 50%?
Let me know what you think. Best if your answer to be unexpected.

A few weeks ago, I had a post about perception (link below). Today I take it one step farther, into a reality check. Seeing yourself on the train is important, and it means you are in the right place (station). You will get nowhere if you can't imagine yourself there first. However, being on the train is the real deal. As when the train starts moving, only the people on it are getting closer to their destinations and fulfillment of their goals. And that is the reason you got here in the first place.
At work and in relationships, you don't want to stay behind. Make sure you are on the "train" and not just seeing yourself on it. How important is it? It is the essence.

"New arrival" is a fashion statement and a marketing term. However at peak hours, like now, You can actually feel the trend as it builds up with a new arrival of a train every 15 min. And still the train is full.
At work, do you suit your performance to the demand? Is it something you prescheduled or is it dynamic and in real-time?
? 151: Morning. November, 26th. 2019:
On a train packed with people wearing headphones and active noise cancellation, this guy gently plays his acoustic guitar, stands out for the better. Or for the very least he is noticeably original.
Anyway, I couldn't just take his picture and post it. For the first time, I have asked for someone's permission to take his picture and post it on The Daily Trainer.
At work and in your relationships, are you just sharing the space, or actually sheering the moment, connecting and bonding?

Just as it seemed that everything has become electric and electric has become a synonym for green and environment-friendly (and no one really cares about how they make electricity)... here are these bikes powered by a human and... that's it.
At work, with a new project, are you falling for trends, or are you looking for the truth? What energy are you running on?
? 153: Morning. November, 27th. 2019:
Sometimes the best solutions are the most obvious ones. They are not dumb nor old. They are the right ones for the task and commonly used because they are simple and effective.
These days, when everything is about innovation, real innovation is to know when to innovate and when to use existing solutions. Don't innovate just for the sake of innovation; do it when it significantly improves the current situation.
In the new project you are working on, can it be more efficient using existing technologies, or does it require the development of some new ones? Both answers can be highly innovative.
? 154: Evening. November, 27th. 2019:
The more options you have, the less chance you will be happy with what you choose. Either ? It will take you longer to find what you are looking for, or ? You will choose an unfit option, or ? You will choose great, but always think that you could have chosen better.
Sometimes, Less is better.
At work, are you confusing your customers with too many options or giving them just the right amount to choose their way to happiness?
? 155: Morning. November, 28th. 2019:
Together they are a team, a full set of numbers. But as for now, it seems like the "One" is not convinced. It's like he is about to get on the next train and go his own way. What will it take to convince the "One" to join the team and trade his freedom for the benefit of the group?
At work, who is the "One" missing on your team to make it a perfect set? Do you know what will convince him to join? Do the team members understand the value they will receive and are they willing to make an effort?
? 156: Evening. November, 28th. 2019:
You Train, and you train, and you train... until you reach perfection. That is why it is called the train station.
At work, how much time do you invest in training, and how much in preforming? The best players spend most of their time in training. Do you even have the time to train and improve your game?
