Quicklime Ultra-fine Mill Working Process
The working process of quicklime production ultra-fine mill equipment mainly includes crushing, grinding, classifying, powder collection.
1. Quicklime crushing-use a crusher to crush the ore;
2. Quicklime grinding powder-the coarse materials are sent into the main mill cavity for grinding and are rolled and crushed through the gap between the grinding roller and the grinding ring;
3. Quicklime classification-the ground powder falls on the chassis due to gravity, and is blown to the classifier above the host for classification under the airflow of the blower;
4. Quicklime powder collection-those unqualified coarse fineness fall into the main mill for regrind, the qualified fineness will flow into the pulse dust collector with the wind, and the finished product will be discharged through the discharge valve after collection.
