120G frequency modulated continuous level measurements radar level meter was successfully applied to aluminum foil waste with high temperature
On-site working conditions:
1)the feeding barrel and the furnace are connected up and down, the upper feeding barrel and the lower melting furnace, the furnace temperature can reach 1500 degrees, and the temperature in the feeding barrel can reach 600-800°C.
2)The measurement medium: aluminum block, aluminum foil scrap, etc. The aluminum foil is very light during the feeding process, and many flying materials and suspended materials affect the radar signal.
Our technical solution:
After technical discussions with us, the customer finally chose our DCRD1000B3 120Ghz radar level meter high-temperature type, combined with specific site conditions, added a section of extension pipe and quartz glass for heat insulation, the technical parameters of DCRD1000B3 FMCW radar level meter as below:
