Attending the YPO Global Leadership Conference in Rome was truly transformative. With YPO’s incredible network of 37,000+ CEOs, the opportunity to connect with my fellow Regional Chairs during our semi-annual global leadership meeting was incredibly valuable. Surrounded by some of the most accomplished and visionary leaders in the world, one might expect ego. However, what I experienced was a profound commitment to service, humility, and collective wisdom. In YPO, leadership isn’t about the loudest voice or the biggest company. It's about listening, uplifting others, and creating space for real impact. Conversations weren't about individual achievements but on how we can collectively lead better, serve more, and drive meaningful change in our businesses, families, and communities. The best decisions stem from shared insights, open dialogue, and a readiness to challenge our own perspectives. This essence makes YPO unique. Members not only discuss leadership. Miami is, without a doubt, the new frontier of wellness and longevity. Yep, I’ll put that pin??in the board! For the past 5 days I’ve explored the Miami area as I was looking to connect with wellness clinics and thought leaders in the space… and WOW, was I blown away.?? Not just by the innovation but by the incredible hospitality.???? Miami ??is clearly a hot bed for what’s going on in the wellness space and also, what’s to come. From a growing number of longevity and hormone support clinics to the new trending brands in the gym space, Miami has the SCIENCE ?? and the SEXY ???? all in one. Here’s a quick snapshot of what made this trip unforgettable: It’s great when you are good friends with super-connector Stefan Sillner, who showed me around, giving me the grand tour of the new Anatomy flagship, a masterclass in design and experience. After trying to align our schedules, I found myself running an impromptu half marathon with Justin Roethlingshoefer, MS, for our first meeting, as he tackled an incredible 100-mile journey. You’re awesome! Over on the west coast of Florida, Chris Edwards from TriCore Wellness hosted me in Naples. What he is doing to unlock the power of digitally integrated solutions, is exactly what is needed for brick and mortar services to evolve. At the same time, I was able to witness the depth of experience behind the large chain of Nuviva Medical Weight Loss clinics and Men’s TClinics led by seasoned veteran Jeffrey Delaney. ???? Back in Miami, I had dinner with Andrew Klymenko and Ian Kaplan from YPO Miami. We dove deep into where wellness is headed, the trends in the Miami area, and what’s shaping the future of the city. I got to meet two budding entrepreneurs, Drew Shuman and Gray Twombly, who led me to my first Barry's Bootcamp class! Got a fast ?? catch-up with Daniel Fine… en route to Centner Wellness & Spa, a clinic redefining life #optimization and #longevity. And most definitely a hidden ?? From cutting-edge treatments like the Ammortal, the Da Vinci Medical Theta Chamber, and Shiftwave to an expert team, it’s easily one of the most progressive clinics in the country. It was incredible.??#drop Had a great dinner with very experienced CPG leader, Rob Craven that is getting ready to launch his new book. Stay tuned for this one… it will be a good’er.?? And finally, I got to meet Gary Breka, someone whose work in longevity I’ve followed for a while. Our conversation was just the beginning and we have plans to collaborate in the future. To end. For decades, cities like Vancouver, LA, and New York have been the epicenters of fitness and wellness. But I’m convinced the game has shifted, Miami ??is where it’s at. People here aren’t just living; they’re investing in their #health to live better, longer, and not to die. From innovation to #community, Miami’s wellness scene is thriving… And I’m grateful to have the #relationships and network to experience it firsthand. ???? TY Miami ?????????????
