Happy #NationalInternDay! This year, we launched our inaugural internship program, designed to foster emerging talent while developing future leaders in the sports and entertainment industry. We are excited to celebrate and recognize our 12 talented interns for their dedication and hard work. On Tuesday, we teamed up with NFL LA to host an “Industry Insights” panel for our intern cohorts focused on key opportunities and challenges in the industry today, addressing them through innovative strategies and evolving nature of the industry over the past five years. Panelists shared effective audience engagement strategies, highlighted the importance of work-life integration, and discussed personal motivations that drive passion in their careers. We can’t wait to see what our interns can do!
