We had a great time at this packed event last night learning about Michael Durkee's leadership and the incredible work the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund does locally and across the state. Thank you to all who attended for this valuable discussion and thank you to Mike and his team for hosting!
When we scheduled this event and knew it would be on September 11th, Rob Dattolo, CFA picked a very fitting CEO to interview. Thank you Michael Durkee and the team at Wounded Veterans Relief Fund for hosting the Young Professionals of Palm Beach North CEO Connection! This organization does amazing work for the veterans in the state of Florida! We are lucky to have a non-profit like this one helping to serve those who have sacrificed for our freedom right here in Palm Baach North. Meet Taylor Smith, our new Chair of the Young Professionals Council! Taylor is a Lead Project Manager of Development at NextEra Energy, where he specializes in origination and product development. With a decade of experience as an Account Executive in the Commercial HVAC industry, Taylor excels in design, sales, and implementation. Beyond his professional endeavors, Taylor is deeply involved in his community. He is a board member for both the Cystic Fibrosis South Florida Chapter and the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) Florida Alumni Chapter. He recently began his MBA program at the University of Florida. We are excited to welcome Taylor's leadership and dedication to our team.
