Kicking off day 2 with a Panel Discussion on “Creating Standardized Utilization Metrics for Better Benchmarking” Ever wonder how to truly measure the value of your office space? With every company having its own way of defining space utilization, it’s hard to set meaningful benchmarks. Can we agree on a single metric to help us all understand how our spaces are really being used, especially in this hybrid work era? ?? Here's what's on the table: ?? How do we measure capacity – should it be workstations, rentable square footage, or something else entirely? ?? What’s the best way to track demand – attendance over a day, week, or month? ?? And what about hybrid work? How do we account for unpredictable office usage in today’s environment? ??Insights in Real Time: "Metrics help tell a compelling story and highlight any misalignments, especially when discussing what we want to preserve. It's essential to focus on how we can continue to make the office experience great."- Mike Altobello "Leverage the tools you already have and start with what’s available. We should look beyond our own industry and draw inspiration from others. For instance, hospitality is all about presence and helps us with desire of coming back.” - Sean Prasad ?? Panelists: Patrick Hoffman Senior VP, Corporate Real Estate & Services, Syneos Health Mike Altobello, Sean Prasad, Real Estate Executive, Former Nokia WeWork & T-Mobile

Closing Out Day 1 at #WorkX in Another Panel: Consistency vs. Uniqueness in Workplace Design How do you deliver a seamless experience across a portfolio of offices without losing local identity? That’s the big question in our final panel of the day, led by Francis Aquino, Director of Real Estate & Workplace at Metropolis Technologies. Joining him are Kasey Garcia of Workplace Services at The Trade Desk, Joanna Kliger Zak, Senior Director of Workplace Experience at Sprout Social, Inc. , and Erin Mical Vice President of Global Workplace Services at Capital One.
