About Giana Pacinelli:
As the director of communications for Boca-based CP Group, Giana Pacinelli manages the commercial real estate firm’s image across both its real estate and operations. She started at the firm in 2018 as its first marketing director before broadening her duties to include internal and external communications, overseeing the tenant experience department, events, and special projects. About CP Group and Boca Raton Innovation Campus:
Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC) is the largest office building in the state at 1.7 million square feet and was originally built in 1969 for IBM where many revolutionary inventions, including the birthplace of the first personal computer, took place. The campus was acquired by CP Group, a premier owner, operator, and developer of office and mixed-use projects throughout the Sunbelt, in 2018 with the vision of building off BRiC's history and evolving the campus into a science and technology hub and community destination. An ideal landing spot for companies with large footprints, BRiC is currently home to 23 national tenants – including Canon and Modernizing Medicine – and offers the best amenity package in the tri-county area.
