With over a decade in the asphalt industry, Zineb has built an impressive career specializing in asphalt product development, quality control, and technical innovation. In her role, she formulates and analyzes Performance Grade asphalt, Emulsions, Cutbacks, and bitumen-based products while collaborating with state DOTs, university researchers, and cross-functional teams. Zineb’s work allows her to push the boundaries of asphalt technology while maintaining the highest quality standards. She thrives in an environment that encourages creativity and innovation, recently earning her Master’s degree in 2023. Beyond professional achievements, she embraces the challenge of balancing her career with a new chapter, becoming a mom in July 2024! When Zineb first entered the industry, she was often one of the few women in the room. She joined Women of Asphalt to help change that. Driven by a passion for inclusivity and mentorship, she is committed to creating a stronger industry. Yesterday, the Women of Asphalt Texas Branch hosted the third annual Ideas That Lead and Inspire Symposium and Christmas Party at the TXAPA campus in Buda, Tx! This year's event celebrated the theme of leadership with a focus on "Owning Your Professional Development." The day was filled with powerful testimonies from inspiring women in the industry who shared their journeys and the challenges they’ve overcome to achieve success. Attendees left feeling heartened by the stories of resilience, leadership, and the profound sense of community within Women of Asphalt. Hearing how members have supported each other through mentorship, friendship, and collaboration was truly moving!
