The energy from Sunday’s WE Brunch Indy is still pulsing through me! ? We didn’t just gather—we activated something powerful. Women on the Frontlines was more than a theme; it was a call to action. In a moment where equity is being challenged, we stood together, reaffirming our commitment to lifting each other up. The power of women in that room? Undeniable. ?? 92% of attendees expanded their networks. ?? 97% found the conversations deeply relevant to their lives. ?? 70% were Women of Color—proof that intentional inclusivity matters. ?? We had women ranging in age from 5 to 55+—a true multigenerational movement. This is what happens when we invest in each other. When we amplify voices. Good health, high educational attainment, steady employment, and even escaping an abusive relationship—these all require an affordable, safe and stable place to call home. Fixing the housing crisis in Central Indiana requires more homes, but it also requires affordable homes for those who work some of the state's most common, low-wage jobs.
