Located in the world’s leading biotechnology supercluster, WIB Greater Boston welcomes women working in the life sciences to events created to support professional development, leadership and mentoring. Events provide invaluable networking opportunities to build professional relationships, from those just beginning their careers to industry veterans. Favorite annual events include: ? Wine & chocolate holiday party April through December, the Mentors, Advisors, Peers and Sponsors (MAPs) program provides mentorship in small group settings. Concurrent with the MAPs program, our Leadership Ready Development Program comprises educational sessions and practical advice for women aspiring to, or just entering leadership positions, focused on topics specifically for women professionals in the biotech industry. Lastly, our Young Women In Bio?(YWIB) program, organizes educational programs for middle and high school-age girls to promote ongoing interest in life science and the breadth of career opportunities in the field.
