??We had very nice, open, and supportive conversations at Women In Bio - Capital Region -DC coffee chat today, with both existing and potential members, including those who had just moved to the area. ??A common theme of our conversations was trying to find new jobs in the current climate. ??We shared resources and tips on networking and finding leads for new positions, discussed pivoting from previous jobs to new fields, and possibly pursuing new interests. ??We also discussed how to balance our own career development with families, partners'/spouses' careers, and international moves.
