VSP Vision Care, in separate efforts with Everly Health Solutions and Teladoc Health, is leveraging virtual care to engage people in controlling their diabetes. Evidence that these partnerships are improving care include: ?? A 1.5 (average) reduction in A1c levels among Teladoc patients. ?? Annual cost savings in delivery of care to Teladoc patients with diabetes. ?? Increase in net promoter score among Teladoc patients. ??? 59% of Everly Health patients with A1c in the prediabetic or diabetic range received eye exams.
