Our VitalSight? Remote Patient Monitoring Program is our latest offering that gets us closer to that mission by empowering the nearly 37 million people in the U.S. who have uncontrolled, Stage 2 hypertension with a higher risk of heart attack and stroke. VitalSight by OMRON is an easy-to-use service that physicians can use to enroll patients with high risk levels of hypertension. Patients receive a kit delivered to their home that includes an OMRON connected blood pressure monitor and data hub that are pre-set to digitally and securely share the measurements with the patient’s physician and care team to provide clinically relevant information that evolves treatment. More active condition management fosters more patient-to-physician dialogue, which may improve treatment engagement and health outcomes.
