Our MSCM students had the opportunity to visit Kaas Tailored on January 30th for their Waste Tour. Through conversations with various Kaas team members and an immersive experience in the company’s manufacturing operations, our students gained valuable insights into the principles of Kaizen, also known as continuous improvement. During the four-hour tour, students participated in team training, team cleaning, visual management exercises, and Kaizen problem-solving, witnessing first hand Kaas Tailored’s commitment to excellence. The tour concluded with a Q&A session, giving students a deeper understanding of Kaas’s continuous improvement culture. A special thanks to Oliver Milton, Jacob DeCook, Matt Schudde, Jesse Erickson, and Tucker Kaas for hosting our students and making the day truly inspiring. THANK YOU! #FosterSchoolofBusiness #MSCM #KaasTailored
