We offer webinars, virtual workshops, instructor-led training and in-person conferences. USLI University is made up of three schools: Our School of Insurance Training and Development focuses on cultivating industry knowledge critical to success in the property and casualty insurance business. We offer learning options for those new to the industry and those looking to dive deeper into specific coverages or issues. Our School of Sales provides the training needed to develop strong insurance sales professionals. We teach a consultative, collaborative style of selling focused on understanding the needs of the customer. Our sales and customer service representative degree programs are designed to strengthen your skills in these areas. Our School of Leadership and Professional Development focuses on developing skills necessary to be successful as both an individual contributor and a leader of people. Our courses include power skills topics, such as effective communication, presentation skills, active listening and time management. Our leadership degrees are built around our leadership principles and allow you to identify opportunities to improve your ability to lead a team to success.
