We mobilize the business community to be more engaged partners, challenge the status quo, and move education and workforce initiatives forward to fuel economic success. Our portfolio of work spans the full breadth of the nation's talent pipeline, including early childhood education, k-12 education, college and career readiness, postsecondary education, workforce development and training, and the future of work. The Center for Education and Workforce is a component of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening America’s long-term competitiveness. We educate the public on the conditions necessary for business and communities to thrive, how business positively impacts communities, and emerging issues and creative solutions that will shape the future.
