Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to showcase June Dragonfly LLC at IHG Hotels & Resorts' BERG Fest, a special Black History Month celebration hosted by IHG’s Black Employee Resource Group (BERG) at their headquarters in Atlanta. A huge thank you to the BERG leadership team - Marcus Johnson, MBA, Andrea Daniels and Sonya Spratley Balogun - for the invitation, and to Sherie DeBellotte for the thoughtful recommendation. It was an absolute privilege to share June Dragonfly’s mission with IHG employees and to connect with fellow Black entrepreneurs. Employees also had the chance to hear from Brown Toy Box CEO Terri-Nichelle Bradley and She Prints It, LLC CEO Dr. Cher'Don Reynolds, who shared their inspiring journeys and highlighted the importance of intentional support for Black businesses. To every employee who stopped by, asked about my story, and supported June Dragonfly, THANK YOU!
