Professor Goenner joined the "Race and the Prudent Man Standard" session on September 24th, diving into crucial discussions on the push to diversify boards of directors and address historic discrimination. The panel explored how initiatives for minority representation in fiduciary roles are evolving and the legal challenges facing race-based college admissions and grant programs.
