Applications for Center for Leadership are now available! ULI North Florida’s Center for Leadership (CFL) is a dynamic program created to not only develop leadership skills, but inspire collaboration and gain a better understanding of approaches to leadership. The eight-month program is exclusively designed for professionals in land use, real estate and related fields. Attendees will network, collaborate and learn about land use issues in North Florida through experiential activities and case studies focused on topics including trends in capital markets, public policy, design and construction. Here’s a recap of last week's Lofts at Cathedral Affordable Housing tour! This is one of the many standout historic projects in Downtown Jacksonville. With apartments fully leased, it’s clear this project is making a significant impact on the community. A huge thank you to Ginny Myrick and Ryan Hoover for hosting the tour! The project features the restored former YWCA (built in 1950) at 325 E. Duval St., alongside a new building at 327 E. Duval St. The YWCA has 28 units, while the new building offers 92.
