Welcome to ULI in Chicago. As one of the oldest district councils in the country with more than 1,500 members, ULI Chicago is the preeminent multidisciplinary real estate forum and is in a unique position to convene industry leaders and policy makers to provide leadership in the region for wise land use planning, long-term investment and sustainable development. ULI Chicago brings leaders together to address and build consensus around solutions to land use challenges. We also provide a vibrant forum for professional growth and development. ULI Chicago’s Program of Work is varied and broad, with particular emphasis on our Technical Assistance Services and our on-going Retail Initiative. We regularly convene events designed to promote interaction among members and focus attention on particular land use and development issues. This 250,000 SF adaptive reuse has transformed century old industrial buildings in Chicago’s Humboldt Park neighborhood into modern office and lab space for entrepreneurs at the cutting edge of science and technology. It’s exciting to see the incredible work happening in Chicago’s neighborhoods!
