Humble but confident. Independent but collaborative. There's no one set UI-type. That's what makes our team so special!

关于我们

User Interviews exists to help teams discover user insights; we believe fast access to quality participants is the key to that discovery. In fact, we don't just believe it—we know it. We know it because we listen to our customers and you tell us how game changing speed to insight is. We know it because our company wouldn't exist without talking to customers.

??People Business Partner | User Interviews

Before the year ends, I wanted to take a moment to celebrate our incredible people managers, the many hats they juggle here at User Interviews, and the significant impact they have on our organization. To kick off this recognition, I’m excited to introduce our first-ever Manager of the Quarter initiative, complete with a bonus! ?? We invited our organization to nominate people managers—whether it be their direct manager, a manager they collaborate with, or a peer people manager. The nominations are in, and we’ve been voting based on these submissions. ?? While the winner will be announced next month, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the 15 exceptional people managers who were nominated this month—our very first group of nominees in this new initiative. UItes are alright! Cheers to you!! ?? Paolo Appley Danielle Hamilton Becky (Thomas) Green Heidi Glynn Jed Fudally Eve Fickett Jessica Hays Fisher Hayley H. ?? Calling all product folks! If your work or partner with researchers, please consider participating in our study—it takes about 10 minutes ?? We’re partnering with our friends at HEARD by Elis to learn how these two departments can forge better user experience outcomes via collaboration. We’ll share all the learnings—including the dataset—later this December. Here's the link to share: https://lnkd.in/gfdXa8jm #productmanagement #product #ux #collaboration

?? Meet Kjeld W., our Revenue Operations Manager, who has swiftly become an essential part of our team at User Interviews. Kjeld’s dedication to enhancing our operational efficiencies is evident in his successful transition of our billing processes from Asana to SFDC. This strategic move not only simplifies our deal closures but also minimizes errors, demonstrating his commitment to improving our overall business operations. ?? Kjeld truly exemplifies our company value of #up-and-to-the-right. He single-handedly supports our entire Go-To-Market organization while managing transformative projects that greatly reduce manual work for the team. His initiative and willingness to take on complex challenges have made a significant impact. ?? Beyond his professional contributions, Kjeld’s sense of humor and adventurous spirit add a unique dynamic to our workplace. Kjeld brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to our team. Now settled in Chicago, he continues to explore and share the city's best spots with colleagues, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. ?? Kjeld’s transition from an individual contributor to a leader within the RevOps organization has been inspiring. His growth and proactive approach have not only advanced his department but have also strengthened the bonds within our team. His leadership is greatly valued, and we are incredibly fortunate to have him with us. ?? What is your favorite thing about working at User Interviews? The ownership and impact! I feel like I can make a direct and tangible difference in the work I do, and feel that ideas and suggestions can be taken up. There's constantly new and interesting things to work on because of that! ?? What milestones or lessons from your experience here would you highlight to inspire others in their career growth? I joined UI as their first RevOps hire, helped spin up some of our earliest unified forecasting models, brought on new tools to provide a better experience both internally and externally, and laid foundations for how RevOps will operate at UI! As time has gone on, I've been able to take on exciting strategic projects to re-do our CRM's entire data model and bring various team's workflows into a central location to reduce risk, admin work, and increase time spent on more important activities! ?? What is a fun fact others don't know about you? I'm a hobbyist travel photographer, and I've been reposted by the official Instagram of Romania a few different times. Yes, like @Romania. ?? If you could say thank you to someone who's impacted your career, who would it be and why? My sister, Erica! She's helped me every step of the way - from landing an internship in college to giving advice along the way on any topic. Couldn't have done it without her! ?? Favorite Artist/Band? Hard to say, but Nick Hakim is my go-to recommendation when someone wants to hear something new! ?? Join us in celebrating this month's UIte, Kjeld!

I have a running joke that it's "Spotify Wrapped" season, the time of year when every marketing leader turns to me and my peers and goes, "why don't we have something that like for?us?" At User Interviews, our version of Wrapped is the UX Tools Map, which just came out today: https://lnkd.in/ePcjrW62 The data, dev, design, copywriting, and project management hours that go into this are nothing less than massive. If that weren't enough, we raise the stakes a bit more every year — the tools list inevitably grows (to 800+ this year from 400 in 2023!), the designs get more intricate, and the functionality levels up. Credit to my colleagues Katryna Balboni and Holly Holden for architecting this year's Map, along with Evgeniia Izmailova, who heroically swooped in for pixel perfect illustrations. Yes, it's very very cool. But I would encourage you to look at the logo placements, the islands, bridges and paths, all of the lines from one tool and place to another — every single detail was discussed and agonized over to make sure an utterly complicated tool landscape came together seamlessly. As for me, I will enjoy my (very) short reprieve while my marketing friends get their own version of the "why don't we have a cool [thing] for [insert sector] too??" question from their higher-ups. Ours just launched ??

We want to take a moment to celebrate and express our gratitude to the Women at UI ERG and the leadership panel for their invaluable contributions in creating a supportive space for our employees. This initiative has been instrumental in fostering an environment where employees can come together to share their experiences, grow professionally, and sharpen their skills collectively. The leadership panel not only provided insights from accomplished women in our ERG but also sparked meaningful conversations that encourage collaboration and mentorship. By sharing stories of challenges and triumphs, we empower each other to overcome obstacles and pursue our goals with confidence. The value of this ERG goes beyond just professional development; it’s about building a community where everyone feels heard and supported. Together, we’re cultivating a culture of inclusion and empowerment that benefits not only the women at UI but the entire organization. Thank you to everyone involved for your dedication and passion. Let’s continue to uplift one another and make strides toward our shared vision! Cristina Karimi, Amanda Hoffay, Jessica Klek, Erin May, Aimee Halbert, Jessica Hays Fisher, Becky (Thomas) Green and Megan Weisman
