The Bioexpression & Fermentation Facility (BFF) at the University of Georgia (UGA) provides state of the art equipment and wide ranging expertise in the areas of fermentation, protein/peptide/DNA purification, mammalian cell culture & monoclonal antibodies. BFF has fermentation and processing capacity from 750mL – 750L, transient gene expression in HEK lines up to 25L, purification capability up to the 25L packed column level, as well as the ability to generate monoclonal antibodies against the produced proteins in a “one stop shop” facility.
