Yesterday, as a Twilio Developers Champion, I flew from Regina to Toronto to help judge the Twilio X Microsoft AI hackathon! It was really fun to see the cool ideas people came up with. All the projects were really cool but the project I liked the most was an AI assistant tool that you can call and ask for any sort of help, making it more accessible for senior people as well. It was built using Twilio, Perplexity and GPT-4, and was so well-crafted that the conversation felt like talking to a real person. I loved all the other projects as well, and it was really fun talking to fellow hackers, organizers(Rishab Kumar , Alixia Blanc , Bruno Capuano) , and judges(Faris Ali Akbar) Now next week I will be back doing hackathons as a hacker, so stay tuned, October is going to be a Hacktober for us??
