Meet Melissa, a key member of Tulane HRIE's Talent Development team, dedicated to welcoming new employees, supporting recognition programs, and fostering professional growth! ?? Supporting Success from Day One "I have the pleasure of welcoming the new staff members every Friday at New Hire Orientation. I also assist in planning our recognition events and developing learning series and presentations. I am able to contribute to the organization’s success by making sure new employees start their Tulane journey off on the right foot, and then follow up through their Tulane journey by making sure they are fulfilled in their learning and development." Melissa is an instrumental part in ensuring employees start strong and stay engaged throughout their careers, contributing to both retention and fulfillment. ?? Passion for Talent Development "I’ve always been a nurturer and have always enjoyed helping people, so the field of talent development and learning allows me to be able to do both of those things." After beginning in Tulane HRIE's Benefits team, Melissa transitioned to Talent Development to work more closely with employees and support their growth. ??
