At Touching Hearts at Home Denver, we are bringing hospitality to home care! Our employees are compassionate individuals with a dedication to giving the best care to the elderly and the disabled. Our clients graciously invite us into their homes where we interact with their family members and help to complete daily tasks. Many times these are tasks that you or I often take for granted. Tasks such as light housekeeping, grocery shopping, laundry, and meal preparation. Our caregivers are great listeners and often enjoy sitting down together engaging in a conversation about current events over a cup of coffee. Our caregivers get to know our clients on a deeper level. Many times caregivers and clients share interests and will participate in events together, such as going to baseball games, seeing a movie together and even visiting the zoo. We become part of our client's extended family. These “everyday” experiences allow seniors and the disabled to continue to feel independent while supporting their emotional, spiritual and physical needs.
