关于我们

Time Management Analysis (TMA) is a personal assessment that measures time management behaviors using 20 questions. This easy, yet compelling evaluation, describes four basic labels of Time Talented, Time Inclusive, Time Missing, and Time Expand. Participants receive a personalized report that helps set the stage for updating or creating a formal time management plan. A Time Talented person demonstrates that time management is deeply ingrained in their daily approach. A Time Inclusive person includes time management in their business and personal life with occasions to bring in more structure. A Time Missing person knows the importance of time management but misses opportunities to implement in their everyday lives. A Time Expand person can benefit by expanding time management structure into their routine.

If you operate from processes in your head, get them down on paper or digitally immediately. ? ?? Relying solely on mental processes can be risky. As we age, our memory can decline, making it even more important to have a system in place. ? Here's how to ensure your ideas and processes are captured and accessible: ? ?Digitize your notes: Use tools like OneNote (my choice), Evernote, Notion, or even Google Docs to organize your thoughts. ? ? Create a process map: Visualize your workflows and steps to identify areas for improvement. ? ? Develop a plan: Outline your goals and strategies to stay focused and motivated. ? ?? Remember: By documenting your ideas and processes, you're not just creating a backup, you're also laying the groundwork for future growth and success. ? --------------------------------------- ?I am David Buck ? n a previous poll, I asked, "Is the customer always right?" Today, I'd like to revisit this question and offer some insights and time beneficial solutions. ? The Customer Perspective The answer isn't always yes. Sometimes, a good salesperson shows the customer that they're not right. This isn't about proving a point, but about bringing additional value and building trust. We can do that by: * Active Listening: Understand the customer's needs before offering solutions. * Educate, Don't Argue: If a customer is mistaken, provide information to help them make informed decisions. * Offer Alternatives: Present options that might better suit their needs, even if it's not what they initially thought they wanted. ? The Employee Perspective As a leader, you're not always right either. It's crucial to create an environment where subordinates feel comfortable discussing why you may not be right. This builds additional trust. Think about: * Open Door Policy: Encourage employees to share their thoughts and concerns freely. * Regular Feedback Sessions: Schedule times for team members to provide input on decisions and processes. * Acknowledge Mistakes: When you're wrong, admit it. This sets a powerful example. ? The Common Ground: Respect Respect is the foundation of both customer and employee relationships. It must flow both ways. Here's how: * Practice Empathy: Try to understand perspectives from all sides. * Communicate Clearly: Be transparent about decisions, expectations, and changes. * Recognize and Appreciate: Acknowledge good ideas and valuable contributions, whether from customers or employees. ? Remember, nurturing respect and trust is an ongoing process. It requires consistent effort, but the rewards - loyal customers and engaged employees - are well worth it, in both relationships and time. ? What are your thoughts? How do you balance being right with being open to other perspectives in your business? ? --------------------------------------- ?I am David Buck ?
