Last Friday, we hosted a meaningful event at our office as we welcomed back the new group of participants from the Tofsim Kivun – ?????? ????? program. Tofsim Kivun is a fantastic initiative designed for exceptional young academics, particularly those from Israel's geographical and social periphery. The program is based on the belief that achieving success in the job market requires a blend of essential tools, personalized mentorship, and the ability to build valuable connections. In today's world, it’s more important than ever to share our knowledge and experiences, especially when it can help others. Our co-founder and CTO, Dotan Asselmann, Shared Theator's work, while team members Anna Grozman, Shikma Lerer, Guy Raviv, Daniel N., Maya Zohar and Yael Mangel discussed their industry experiences. We’d like to extend a special thank you to Evita Mancovich, a Tofsim Kivun alumni, who joined us to share her insights as a mentee and reflect on her journey. These gatherings provides an opportunity for collaboration and empowerment, highlighting the vital role of mentorship and community support in driving growth and success. We care about #design at Theator. A lot. Because the surgeons and health systems that use our platform deserve the best, and need access to their procedures and analytics easily and quickly. That’s why when our design team, Shany Kedar and Shaked Sheinman, initiated a 2-day UI bug-fest to make our system pixel-perfect, the dev team gave it all they got.
