20%. 20% of companies fail to conduct #cybersecurity audits. Does yours? What steps does your company take to protect itself from a cyberattack? What steps does your company plan to take following a cyberattack? Is #AI part of that plan? I share three tips on The Peggy Smedley Show and I will share them here as well. 1)????Create a strategy for your business. Identify weak points and opportunities. Create a plan for how you will be prepared and how you will respond. Get those policies and procedures in place now if you haven’t done so already. 2)????Prepare your people. Make sure everyone is on the same page. Train them to understand and detect threats. Teach them what to do if an attack does occur. 3)????Consider technology. Is gen AI a friend or a foe? It is certainly being used to attack our companies. Can we also use it to protect our companies? What would you add to this list? What steps do we need to take to protect our companies? https://lnkd.in/eueQsWPk Reddy Mallidi ? Daniel Burrus Matt Hatton Jody Westby Richard DeMillo
