Meet Lu Qi, MD, PhD, from Tulane University Celia Scott Weatherhead School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. We’re thrilled to share his work during National Nutrition Month as we highlight the power of food in shaping health and well-being. As one of our research partners, Dr. Lu Qi is leading important research on how culinary education can improve cardiometabolic and emotional health for diverse seniors. By exploring the connection between nutrition and long-term wellness, this work can help drive meaningful change for older adults!
