Differentiated instruction is gold.
But very difficult to do well.
I'm going to give it a shot

I tailor learning experiences to meet the diverse needs of my students to keep them in their ZPD. I’ll need to recognize that each student has a different learning style, and different abilities, interests, and readiness levels.
To do this well, I have to be intentional about what they learn, how they learn, how they demonstrate what they can do, and the atmosphere for the learning.
?? ???????? ????:
Continuously assesses students’ needs.
Guide them along unique learning paths.
Create individualized learning experiences.
Work with students to set goals and choose strategies.

I’ll change groups based on student needs.
I’ll offer options to learn and demonstrate knowledge.
I’ll regularly evaluate progress to inform my approach.
Projects must be engaging and useful for all students.
?????? ???????? ?? ???? ?????????
Students build awareness of their learning.
Student take responsibility of their learning.
Students work at an appropriate challenge level.
Learning tailored to individual needs is more motivating.

Personalizing anything takes time.
Organizing and providing necessary materials.
Coordinating different activities simultaneously.
External experts evaluate each student independently.
?? ?????? ???????????????? ???? ???????? ?????? ?????????? ??????:
Students can skip material they’ve already mastered.
Tasks of varying complexity match student readiness.
Providing varied learning materials for the same topic.
Students progress through material at different speeds.
Independent tasks for students who master things early.
Doing this well requires me to be flexible, be creative, and develop and maintain a deep understanding of each student’s needs.
Creating separate lessons for each student is “easy.”
That’s not what I’m doing.
Providing multiple pathways to mastery is critical.
And REALLY difficult.
