Thank you to the project team Wayne Palmer, LEED AP , Michael Kellogg, CMIT , Jeff Arlington, LEED AP, ASHE HCC , and Brock Berogan for getting the site prepped, facilitating tours, educating the press and ultimately helping us bring more Christman to Knoxville!

Fort Loudon Medical Center - Brethren's Advanced Care Wing is about half way done, with plenty of exciting developments ! A lot of electrical tie-ins are currently underway, with a special thanks to Massey Electric for their exceptional work. We've been busy upgrading the Medical Gas and Vacuum systems, ensuring everything is up to standard. Coordinating closely with the hospital, we're making great strides to work seamlessly on this active campus. Excited to kick off the painting phase this week! Christman Southeast Constructors has played a huge role in ensuring the quality and performance of this complex design. Their commitment has been unwavering. Thank you to all of the trade partners that are contributing to making this project a success including The Wakefield Corporation, Air Tech, Hatcher Masonry, Rackley Roofing Company, Inc., and Van Tyler Excavating. With each day, this project gets closer to delivering an upgraded, state-of-the-art hospital facility that will serve the community for years to come! ?? Christman is taking Neyland to the next level this season! As we dive into this exciting off-season of work at Neyland, our team is hard at work on several key projects. Among them are new restrooms, upgraded concession stands, and enhanced communal spaces that will complement last season's expansion of the south end zone concourse. It's incredible to think that by the start of the upcoming season, this space will be completely transformed! A major highlight of this off-season is the addition of 11 luxury Founder Suites. These suites are beginning to take shape, and we can’t wait to reveal the finished product. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to bring more Christman to Neyland! This project truly reflects a strong team effort, and we want to give a special shoutout to Stephen Shell and John Coker for their unwavering attention to detail and exceptional work ethic. With the complexity of installing new overhead electrical, ductwork, and piping in an existing structure, daily coordination and field adjustments are key—and these two have been instrumental in keeping everything running smoothly. We recently welcomed Associated Builders and Contractors Greater Tennessee – Construction Trades Program Dual Enrollment at Central High School today for a tour of our Neyland Stadium project. This program provides Central High School students with valuable knowledge about the construction industry, helping them prepare for future career opportunities—whether in college, the trades, or engineering. The tour offered a firsthand look at how Christman operates on job sites and the various roles within the industry. Special thanks to Massey Electric who also participated, providing insight into the operations of different trade contractors.
