Great news! Texas Health Dallas has a new Birthday Buddy! Mark is a year old and full of energy and sweetness! Born at just 28 weeks, Mark stayed in the NICU for nearly four months. His parents are grateful to the wonderful team who took care of him during his stay. Mark's mom said, "The most memorable day in the NICU was the first day we got to hold him in our arms, which also landed on our wedding anniversary!" A heartfelt thanks to Mark for his birthday "gift" to support the greatest needs of our NICU!

The updated Breast Center offers new and upgraded technology like 3D mammography equipment. The breast center has been updated with a beautiful, spa-like environment which includes a tranquil suite for breast biopsies. Soon, work will begin on the Women’s Center. Highlights include the renovation of the labor and delivery nursing stations, family waiting areas, lobby, concourse, registration, and corridors throughout. In addition, the current OB triage area will be converted into an OB emergency department with private suites. For information on how you can support the Women’s Center renovation, contact Mauri Douglas at [email protected].
