Here's what my offer letter mentioned: (Signing Bonus: Upon your acceptance of this employment offer, you shall be entitled to a signing bonus of $10,000... It clearly states that I’ll receive this bonus after my start date, but if I leave or am terminated for any reason before 24 months, I’d have to pay it back. ?? However, things got a little murky today when my manager asked me to submit my relocation expenses to claim my relocation bonus. ??
