Task 42 (Biorefining in a Circular Economy)转发了
IEA Bioenergy Task 40 (Deployment of Biobased Value Chains) led the Bioeconomy Synergies (BioSyn) Initiative from 2022 to 2025 to foster a more integrated and resilient approach to bioenergy and the broader bioeconomy. The initiative aimed to enhance collaboration among IEA Bioenergy working groups (Tasks) by shifting from a traditional linear value chain perspective to a network-based approach. This transition enables stronger synergies between bioenergy supply chains, biobased materials, nutrient services, and ecosystems, promoting more sustainable and efficient resource use. This collaboration resulted in the report “Synergies for Bioenergy Supply Chains in Bioeconomy Networks,” which presents a framework to help stakeholders—ranging from policymakers to industry leaders—navigate this interconnected landscape. By improving system integration, enhancing supply security, and promoting risk mitigation strategies, the BioSyn initiative lays the groundwork for a more flexible and resilient bioeconomy.
