A CPA and CFE, Eric’s leadership has been instrumental in financial strategy and growth since joining Symmetry in 2021. Bre Riso, EVP of Capital Markets, has been a driving force at Symmetry, supporting Originating Lenders and Investor Partners while shaping the industry’s future. With nearly 603 transactions with 173 unique buyers she has sold over $5.6B, her impact is undeniable. This holiday season, Symmetry Lending's Capital Markets team continues to be trailblazers with asset portfolio management.?We strive to be industry leaders with HELOC’s that help diversify balance sheets now and into 2025.?Our loans are consistent, repeatable and sustainable in today’s liquidity crunch.?We can also assist in rounding out the 2024 balance sheet with participation HELOC purchases. Current WAC are around 9% and underwritten close to conventional guidelines.
