Welcome we are excited to welcome Manasa Gaddam to the Superior Trim team! Manasa started in March as the Quality Engineer. Manasa obtained her Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She has previously served as a Quality Systems Analyst and as a teaching assistant specializing in Lean concepts and applications. Additionally, she is certified in automotive core tools for auditors and is certified as an internal auditor for IATF and ISO14001. Please join us in welcoming her to the team! #SuperiorTrim

Congratulations to Alberto Alvarez on his recent promotion to Production Supervisor! Alberto began his journey at Superior Trim Tennessee in 2006, bringing with him a strong background in the automotive industry. He started as a production operator and quickly advanced to the position of woodshop leader. Now, Alberto oversees the entire production department for the woodshop. Alberto’s dedication to advancing the company’s growth and his eagerness to tackle new challenges position him to thrive in his new role. #SuperiorTrim?

Happy #NationalInternDay to our amazing summer intern, Jacob Ricks! Jake is currently studying Business Administration at Belmont University and competing in Track and Field. This summer, at Superior Trim Tennessee, he assisted various departments with organization and the implementation of racking systems. Congratulations to Ashle Roblero on her recent promotion to Purchasing Assistant! Ashle began her career at Superior Trim Tennessee in August 2020 as an assembler. A year later, she was promoted to Quality Technician. Recently, she advanced to the role of Purchasing Assistant and has also taken on responsibilities within our customer service department. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. We are thankful to have her apart of the team! #SuperiorTrim

Congratulations to Andrea Taylor for her recent promotion to HR Manager and Scheduler at Superior Trim Tennessee! Andrea began her journey at Superior Trim as the office manager in March of 2021. At the beginning of this year, she has taken on the role of HR Manager and Scheduler. Andrea holds her Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Human Relations. Congratulations to Nikki Loring on her recent promotion to Materials Manager! Nikki has been with Superior Trim Tennessee for the past twelve years. During the first four years, she was a valuable member of our customer service team. For the past eight years she has served as the Production Scheduler and HR Generalist. Congratulations to Melody Eklond on her promotion to Operations Manager at Superior Trim Tennessee! Melody began her career at Superior Trim in 2017 as the office manager. Upon completing her Business Management degree in 2019, Melody transitioned to the role of the Purchasing/Materials Manager. Since September of last year, Melody has taken on the responsibilities of overseeing all operational processes at Superior Trim Tennessee. Please welcome Justin Cooley to the Superior Trim team! Justin joined the team in September as the Plant Manager at our Tennessee location. Justin has experience in the automotive and food industry, with a strong background in operations, continuous improvements, and logistics. #SuperiorTrim

Since its acquisition, Old Hickory has experienced significant growth, expanding to two separate facilities and implementing numerous new and updated processes. Old Hickory has emerged into an industry leader of high touch cut and sew assemblies for the Truck and Recreational Vehicle markets.
