We are excited to welcome Nick Delawder to the Superior Trim Springfield team! In 2010, Nick started his career in the steel manufacturing sector, where he progressed through a multitude of roles including Laser Machine Operator, Warehouse Coordinator, Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor, and Plant Foreman. He pursued further education, earning certificates in the Launch Leadership Program and Manufacturing Applications from Clark State Community College. Additionally, he obtained certifications in CPR, AED, and Blood-Borne Pathogens from the American Red Cross. Nick is eager to strive for excellence in quality and leading the production team at Superior Trim Springfield!

Mike is a seasoned quality professional in the automotive industry, having led quality departments for the past four years. He graduated from Sinclair Community College in 2015 with an associate degree in Operations Technologies. Mike is certified in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Greenbelt, and Manufacturing Management. Additionally, he holds third-party certifications in IATF and ISO14001 as a lead auditor.

Andy began at Superior Trim Springfield in 2016 as the quality manager leading the plant through multiple product refreshes during a pivotal time for the industry. With Andy’s attention to detail and understanding of critical processes he was promoted to production manager in 2018, leading the team through high demand and ensured continuous supply of quality products.
