Snapbox Self Storage has officially opened a new location in Owings Mills, Maryland. The four-story facility at 10548 Reisterstown Road spans 79,710 square feet and offers 776 storage units. The company recently merged with Go Store It Self-Storage, a subsidiary of Madison Capital Group Holdings, LLC. The national average #selfstorage street rate stands at $133, dipping 0.7% year-over-year, based on January 2025 rates. More notably, on a month-to-month basis, rates have started to rebound, registering a modest 0.8% increase, suggesting a more balanced market after the #supplysurge and the pandemic-driven demand boom.
