Here's a great example of leveraging schedule certainty by building off-site, where FORGE Co USA manufactured rainscreen ACM panels, embeds, and Forge CFS in their facility. The finish line saw full production of Sto Panel, with plenty of assembled panels ready to ship to the jobsite. Sto Panel Technology exists to make #construction simple. Jersey Panel would like to congratulate Aufgang Architects on creating a beautiful new NYC residence with a mix of exterior finishes that really pull the best of the prefabricated Sto Panel Technology facade together with conventionally constructed storefronts and landscapes. The river access will provide the residents with much needed connection to nature.
The team at North Cove is working hard on the landscaping at the base of the building. It will become a place where the community can access the Harlem River waterfront and become closer to nature. Skyrise Prefab Building Solutions Inc. engineered, manufactured, and installed 40,300 sq-ft. of Sto Panel Classic NExT ci and Sto Panel Precast ci panels on this mixed-use mid-rise #building. Located in metropolitan #Toronto, there were significant site limitations, diverse aesthetics, and the need to accommodate a drive-through restaurant. The ground floor had to be highly damage-resistant, while upper levels incorporated multiple finishes and installation constraints. Sto Panel Precast ci was installed on the ground floor to manage the demands of pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Lightweight Sto Panel Classic ci panels simplified installation on higher elevations and allowed a variety of appearances to be easily installed, including StoSignature Stone, a customized finish surface, and StoCast Brick, a prefabricated brick shape. SkyRise, HAVEN Property Development Inc., Gillam, and ACK Architects Studio were able to readily manage access limitations and schedule concerns with Sto Panel Technology, showing how we exist to make #construction simple. https://lnkd.in/ecTMyJXJ
