On World Mental Health Day, we celebrate our community of Wellbeing Champions around the world. These leaders commit to help employees engage with available support programs and resources and identify where gaps exist. In Mexico, our team has joined a coalition of organizations to form the Network for Mental Health, Monterrey chapter. Their goal is to reduce the stigma for people seeking mental health services in the business community. Alexandra Inclan, managing director of our Monterrey Business Center shares, “Mental health is a highly relevant topic in our community and a stigmatized topic in our country. But we are convinced our business can contribute in a positive way to bring mental health to light.
