Earlier this week, I participated in a panel for the Triangle Area Office Building Association (TRAOBA) focusing on demystifying site selection and economic development. We discussed our roles in site selection and how we can work with brokers in the area to successfully recruit new businesses. We also covered incentives, workforce support, and alignment with state partners like the DOT and DEQ. The best part?
