The Space Enterprise Consortium (SpEC) was established by the Space Systems Command (SSC) to bridge the cultural gap between military buyers, commercial startups, and small businesses through Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs). Using a modern acquisition approach, the SpEC OTA helps eliminate risk, decrease time to award, and rapidly deliver next-generation space prototypes.
