Social Impact Movement connects Miami leaders and changemakers to global topics aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals framework. We raise awareness on issues affecting our community and educate individuals about SDG themes related to quality education, gender equality, climate action, and life below water. Who? A 501(c)(3) Miami-based social enterprise comprised of visionaries and go-getters seeking to make this world a better place. How? Educating, bridging ideas, people, information and resources of social-related themes by promoting events, workshops, partnerships, impact stories and curated contents. Connecting business leaders, enterprises, organizations, and government, linking local social responsibility actions to the global goals. Why? Miami’s nonprofit and philanthropic structure has evidenced a trait that affects our community as a whole. We tend to be creative yet on isolated local silos, missing the opportunities to work towards a collaborative growth. We’re here to change that. Our vision is a city that breathes “social change”: a place where interaction, exposure, information and engagement of social related actions from all stakeholders are stimulated to increase community participation.
