SUHI’s Behavioral Health (BH) CHWs spent over 110 hours meeting one-on-one with BH patients in the last 11 months. They are integrated within Mount Sinai Hospital’s inpatient BH unit, providing emotional support and linkages to resources for over 500 BH patients so far! #CHWs #SUHIChicago #WorldMentalHealthDay
