Women make up only 28% of leadership positions in the #CX sector globally, according to a recent report by McKinsey & Company. So, we still have work to do. This number may seem unsurpassable, and the challenge seems big - but it’s not.?As a woman-founded, 70% woman-led, and predominantly women-owned company, we see firsthand the importance of increasing the proportional representation of women in #marketing and CX. When diverse perspectives and voices are brought to the table, it leads to more innovation, more inclusivity, more equity, and better outcomes for organizations - and, crucially - customers.
