SHEIN and the SHEIN Foundation are making a multi-year commitment of over US$700,000 to support Dress for Success (DFS) affiliates: Dress for Success Greater London , Dress For Success Indianapolis, Dress for Success Chattanooga and Dress for Success Singapore. This will go towards supporting programs and services offered by the four DFS affiliates, as well as special initiatives such as the sponsorship of fundraising events. With last year’s US$430,000 donation, we’ve been able to support DFS affiliates in carrying out initiatives that help women and build more inclusive communities. It’s been over a month since the devastating wildfires swept across Los Angeles County, leaving thousands of people displaced and communities in urgent need of support. We knew we had to take action—providing essential resources and long-term relief to help rebuild and support those affected. SHEIN Foundation is a non-profit organisation that aims to build more inclusive communities and sustainable ecosystems in places where SHEIN operates, and create opportunities for a better future. It will be the philanthropic arm of SHEIN group. We are focused in three key areas: 1. Improving Lives in Communities Our goal is to help foster a more inclusive and accessible society, where everyone can contribute meaningfully and reach their full potential. Centring our efforts on women, young people and the underserved communities, we hope to empower individuals and communities to overcome systemic challenges and reshape societal norms. 2. Protecting Biodiversity We hope to contribute to the safeguarding of our natural resources for current and future generations to enjoy. Our goal is to help in efforts to protect, restore and promote the sustainable use of terrestrial and marine ecosystems. 3. Advancing Sustainable Change We support research and innovation, and the scaling of strategies and solutions in environmental and social sustainability, and believe that we can transform the fashion industry through collective action.
