Last week I had the incredible opportunity to speak at the Hackensack Meridian Health Annual Board and Leadership Summit! Thank you to Ramonita Jimenez for inviting me to share my journey and experiences within the organization, from my beginnings as a student nurse extern and NSPIRE graduate nurse, to now working as a Registered Nurse in the CTICU and participating in the Nurse Residency program.
