Aji Amarillo (literally yellow pepper) with its golden umber color, has a raisin-like tartness with hints of passionfruit and mango and works as well with grilled chicken and fish as it does in citrus vinaigrettes, fruit salsas & ceviche.?It’s versatile enough to add an intriguing dimension and medium heat to sweet cream fillings and glazes without overpowering their?delicate flavors. Sensient’s 2024 #CaliforniaGrownGarlic crop is progressing to plan; acreage is on par with prior year. Planting for both #organicgarlic and conventional crops was completed in November; harvest is on pace to kick off in late June. SNI’s Field Ops Teams and local grower partners are keeping close watch on maturation, managing irrigation, soil health and mitigating any potential disease pressure.
