Sensient's T2T Edition XI event was an exclusive sensory journey into the exciting future of taste, held for the first time as a unique breakfast in Sydney. Attendees could indulge in creations from our flavorists in an incredible bespoke menu featured by Chef Jason Roberts (@chefjasonroberts), each flavour with a backstory driven by global trends. This year, we had the special presence of Mitin Rathod (Global Marketing Director for Flavours and Extracts) who shared his amazing journey leading the Trends to Taste Program and delivered the presentation. ? The innovative flavors for the year were designed to take you to a Mindful Journey of a full sensory experience, where the senses bring life to the human experience, understanding that the senses are superpowers and the lifelines that connect all living beings. When they’re acknowledged and used holistically, everyday occurrences become meaningful. ? Trends to Taste aims to spark inspiration for our customers to think differently when developing novel food and beverage products. We do so by pointing back to consumer longings and aspirations.
